Swampball is a mud-volleyball tournament held each fall in UNO's Quad. Teams of students, alumni, and local residents battle for the Golden Volleyball Trophy and bragging rights, while raising money for student scholarships. As the UNO Ambassadors' give back to UNO students, 100% of the profits from the event are donated back to the student body through our Merit, Leadership, and Need-Based Scholarships.

Is this a Privateer Plunge event?
Yes, it's your last chance to earn P. Plunge credits!
How much does it cost?
$10 per person early bird fee until September 20th. This includes lunch, entertainment, and a minimum of 2 games in the water. After September 20th, registration fee increases to $11 per person.
Where does the money go?
100% of the profits go to the Ambassadors Scholarship Fund, which disperses awards every spring to deserving UNO students. Stay tuned to learn if you're eligible and how to apply.

A trophy and bragging rights.

Why do we have to duct tape our shoes to get in the water?
So your shoes don't fall off, silly. Duct tape will also be available for purchase at Headquarters.
